Savannah was found abandoned in Watauga County with four other horses, one of them a stallion. She is a full quarter horse and is pregnant by a registered chestnut Saddlebred stallion. The baby is due sometime in February or March 2014. Savannah is a beautiful palomino mare with a nice typical quarter horse conformation (registered but does not come w papers). She clearly has been used extensively as a trail horse.  She is sane and steady on the road or trails. She loads, is good for the farrier and responds well to basic handling. She is very friendly and kind and could be a fun riding companion. Her foal will also go under contract with Horse Helpers. If you are not interested in the foal, arrangements could be made with Horse Helpers.
