Hall-Stutts Angel Fund
The Hall-Stutts Angel Fund was established in Fall 2017 by friends of Karen Hall and Steve Stutts to honor their commitment to the welfare of all animals, especially equine. This fund allows us to support responsible equine owners during times of hardship, providing them with hay and grain, support with vet bills and geldings, along with other short-term expenses. We want to help an equine receive adequate care while remaining with its family. This is an ideal way for us to insure the horse is getting the care it needs without having to handle, lodge, feed and find it a new home.
State Employees Credit Union
“The SECC is the only workplace giving program authorized for payroll deduction for most state employees. In 1984, Governor James B. Hunt issued an Executive Order establishing the campaign, and since then each Governor has actively supported the SECC.”
The SECC is a great program for state employees wishing to make a positive impact on their community and donate to a charity or non-profit of their choosing. By choosing Horse Helpers as your organization of choice, you would provide immense support to our organization and help us continue our work! In order to become a part of this giving program, fill out the form included in the SECC packet given out by employers each year. Horse Helpers will be listed with the code 3940 within the list of organizations.
